Determinant of FDIs In Promoting Prosperity: An Empirical Study on Bangladesh

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) helps an economy to grow and develop by increasing employment opportunities, developing human resources, backward areas, exports, exchange rate stability, improving capital flows. More than 700 million people around the world are struggling with poverty. When a nation can better feed its people, give opportunities will itself help other nations too. The research proposes study role of (FDI)s on countries in Asia reducing poverty promoting global prosperity. For this purpose, conducts qualitative analysis using secondary data creating empirical model multiple linear regression Ordinary Least Square method. After analyzing foreign investments made Bangladesh over period 2003 2019 determining relation between GDP, inflation, Real Interest Rate, Labor Cost it is found that only GDP has impact FDI Thus, analyses determinants alleviation prospering countries.
